ACI Capital Group founding partners and private investors invest in the acquisition of large sectors of land that require the completion of the urban planning and/or urbanization processes.

Often this will involve completing a reallotment process, or the execution of the infrastructure needed for the sector.

In the practice of aggregating parcels of land our objective is the development for our value add and opportunistic funds or the future sale.

Lead by two of our ACI Partners (Alejandro Ayala & Jordi Llauradó) together with our strategic partner Civitas Pacensis decided to invest more than €100M in the purchase of all the land for development in the Badajoz region. We already have land to build 16,000 homes, 10,000 of them in Badajoz and the other in areas such as Almería, Granada, Cáceres, Illescas.

Most of our land bank volume is concentrated in Badajoz. A city with 150,000 habitants.

Our strategic plan is to build 10,000 homes in the next few years. The project, called Campus Cívitas lead by our Partner Alejandro Ayala, will involve an overall investment of €300 million euros.
