Our Rental Income funds are focused on the asset's upside either in BTR or other asset class projects where we seek to stabilize the asset in income in order to proceed to sell it stabilized at a lower exit cap rate than our stabilized yield.
ACI Capital Group founding Partners invest between 1% up to 3% in each fund, creating alignment with investor interests.
